German championships are over now 🙏🏼 I achieved all my goals I set for this year and I‘m more than happy with my 6th place at Nationals and a new personal best of 53.66sec over the 400m. I know that there is still a lot to improve and to work on but that means there is also a lot of potential left🙌🏼 I‘m super happy that I‘m healthy hadn‘t had any injuries this season and ready to work even harder the next month😈 The best is yet to come🙌🏼 but first of all: vacation and chocolate 🙏🏼😍 And thank you so much for your daily support it really means a lot to me!!
