I eat pretty well; 5-6x a day. However, I do indulge. Life is about balance... being realistic so you don't binge or fluctuate too much in weight. This is why you will never hear me say, “I'm on a diet.” Saying you're on a diet simply implies that your effort is temporary and you will revert back to your previous eating habits at any chance; putting your health at risk. I emphasize the words - #HealthyLiving. I eat “healthy” 80-90% of the time so I can still enjoy myself and turn up on weekends the other 10-20%. 🥂🍫🍪🍩 Balance is key! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My advice: Make mistakes, learn from them, and change your lifestyle for the healthier.
