I've been chiseling away at my my fear of vulnerability. My default is to shut myself in, to avoid looking weak and i know this is my ego at work. I understand I will never evolve with that mindset. My yoga #goals are to feel at ease even through the pain, heartbreak, embarrassment, rejection, and all of the other negative emotions I may come across in life - this is what brings me to my mat. I hope that one day I will be able to face these fears head on with tact and grace.
